Return Policy
All items are currently final sale, but if you have any concerns with your order after delivery, please email me at leum.nyc@gmail.com.
Shipping Carrier and Charges
Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS, and insured. International orders will be shipped via UPS or Fedex. Domestic shipping is free.
International Tariffs
Leum is not responsible for any custom/duty/taxes/tariffs upon arrival. The buyer is responsible for all fees incurred upon arrival of the product to an international destination.
How long do orders take?
In stock items will ship within 2 business days. Made to order timelines will take 5-6 weeks, though there is a chance they will be shipped out earlier. In the case of early shipping, I will contact you to let you know.
What if my ring size is not listed?
If your ring size is not listed in range, please check out using the closest size and leave a note at checkout! I can adjust the ring to make your size.
